NOVELTY - Producing graphene having uniform nano-sized pores involves preparing a carbon material having a layered structure; preparing a boron compound for substituting a portion of carbon of the carbon material with boron; mixing the carbon material and the boron compound in a selected ratio, followed by primary heat treatment to prepare a boron-substituted doped carbon compound composite; and subjecting the carbon compound composite to secondary heat treatment to obtakn desired graphene having uniform nano-sized pores. USE - Method for producing graphene having uniform nano-sized pores. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene having pores of various sizes and uniform pore distribution by selectively removing boron atoms doped in a substituted form and also having a point defect. The properties of the graphene can be controlled according to the pore size and distribution.
