▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The gas sensor has a gas sensing device with a substrate and a pair of inter-digitated electrodes formed on the substrate. A sensor material is provided on the electrode, and a measuring device is coupled to the electrode. The sensor material comprises a graphene oxide composite and an organic material, where the composite includes graphene oxide and a metal oxide. The metal oxide is selected from indium oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, molybdenum oxide, chromium oxide or manganese oxide, and the organic material includes a primary amine, secondary amine and tertiary amine. The organic material comprises 1,4-phenylenediamine. The sensor material further comprises one precious metal selected from the group consisting of platinum, palladium and gold. USE - Gas sensing device for detecting formaldehyde gas. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensor can be manufactured in a simple manner without using toxic substances, and is capable of detecting formaldehyde gas at room temperature.
