▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional titanium dioxide composite material comprises a mesoporous graded titanium dioxide spheres in the innermost layer. The cadmium sulfide particles are deposited on the mesoporous graded titanium dioxide sphere. The outermost layer is coated with reduced graphene oxide. USE - The three-dimensional titanium dioxide composite material is used as electronic transmission layer of perovskite solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional titanium dioxide composite material has unique energy band matching of graphene. The triple structure provides enough gap for perovskite penetration, effectively improves the separation and extraction of photo-generated charge. Because reduced graphene oxide is excellent in electron conductivity, can effectively improve charge transmission dynamics, titanium dioxide-cadmium sulfide-reduced graphene oxide electron transport layer exhibits enhanced charge transfer capability. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the obtained solar cell is greatly improved, and has good long-term working stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high-efficiency stable perovskite solar cell.
