NOVELTY - Biosensor comprises a support comprising an insulating substrate with a hollow structure, a resonance portion comprising a single or multi-layered graphene layer stacked on the hollow structure of the support portion, where the resonance portion comprises a functional group on the graphene surface, a detection unit located on the resonance portion in combination with the functional group, and a measuring unit for measuring measure a change in weight of the detection unit. USE - The biosensor is used for detecting biological material e.g. Vaccinia virus. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor is capable of selectively, qualitatively or quantitatively detecting biological material with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for producing the biosensor, which involves applying a photoresist to an insulating substrate, exposing a first surface of the insulating substrate, etching the photoresist, forming an electrode, forming a pattern on the second surface of the insulating substrate for fabricating a membrane, forming a membrane on a first surface of the insulating substrate through an etching process and a solvent process, removing the formed membrane, stacking a graphene layer on the hollow structure formed on the membrane-removed portion of the first surface, treating the surface of the graphene layer with a surface treatment agent containing a functional group on a surface exposed to the outside of the graphene layer to form a resonance portion, and coupling a detector on a resonant portion comprising the functional group.
