▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The membrane has a single-layer graphene oxide thin membrane covered on a base of a porous micro-gate support membrane, where the single-layer graphene oxide thin membrane is formed with specific covering density. A ratio of covering of a hole in the porous micro-gate support membrane to that of a hole in the single-layer graphene oxide thin membrane is 40 to 80 percent. USE - Transmission electron microscope sample support membrane. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has small thickness, stronger mechanical strength and better material dispersing effect. The membrane is used for carrying material so as to perform transmission electron microscope observation of material with higher resolution ratio and definition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing transmission electron microscope sample.
