NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a large-size graphene oxide nanoplate by a modified oxidation process or an electrochemical stripping process. A thickness of graphene nanosheets printed film in 5-100m. A large-size graphene oxide film is obtained. A resulting graphene oxide film is placed in a graphite furnace by a heat treatment at 2000-3000 degree Celsius. A hot-pressing process is carried out. A flexible ultra-high conductivity graphene film is obtained. USE - Ultra-high conductivity large-size graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving excellent conductivity, low plane resistance and consumption characteristics, reducing manufacturing cost and process step, and ensuring environment-friendly effect.
