NOVELTY - An olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst contains olefinic graphite-based boron nitride and ionic liquid in which olefinic graphite-based boron nitride has single layer or fewer layers of boron nitride, and ionic liquid is polyacid ionic liquid. USE - An olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst for oxidative desulfurization of fuel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation process is simple, safe, and environment-friendly, does not need pressure device to separate catalyst, and has short reaction time and mild reaction condition, and product has high desulfurization efficiency and high catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst contains olefinic graphite-based boron nitride and ionic liquid in which olefinic graphite-based boron nitride has single layer or fewer layers of boron nitride, and ionic liquid is polyacid ionic liquid of formula Q2(M6O19). M=central atom of tungsten or molybdenum; Q=quat.-phosphonium cation (I) or quat.-ammonium cation (II); and R1-R2-R3-R4=straight chain alkyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst which involves mixing olefinic graphene-based boron nitride, ionic liquid, and chloroalkane with mass ratio of 1:0.05-0.5:0.05-2, reacting under stirring at 15-30 degrees C for 1-12 hours, removing chloroalkane, and drying in vacuumed oven; and (2) process usage of olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst which involves adding fuel into olefinic graphene-based boron nitride load ionic liquid catalyst and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) aqueous solution, stirring, reacting, pouring upper layer catalyst, and dividing fuel.
