NOVELTY - Preparing high wear-resistant rubber material comprises (i) adding natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene rubber, tackifier, and coupling agent to the open mixer and mixing uniformly at 55-90°C for 50-110 revolutions/minute, and plasticizing for 5-30 minutes; (ii) adding graphene oxide-zirconia composite filler, white carbon black, titanium dioxide, zinc carbonate, and stearic acid, mixing at 50-85°C under 60-140 revolutions/minute for 2-10 minutes; and (iii) adding sulfur, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, mixing at 45-75°C under 80-180 revolutions/minute, refining for 5-15 minutes, and thinning out slices to obtain mixed rubber; and (iv) vulcanizing the rubber compound on a flat vulcanizer for 15-90 minutes, the vulcanization temperature is 130-175°C, and the vulcanization pressure is 4-12 MPa. USE - Preparation method of high wearable rubber material. Uses include but are not limited to medical health, transportation, industry, and agriculture fields, cable, electronic device, and other fields of rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high wear-resistant rubber material with improved wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and flame retardant performance.
