NOVELTY - An aqueous heavy-duty anticorrosive coating comprises an aqueous industrial resin, and 0.1-1.0 wt.%, preferably 0.15-0.6 wt.% silane coupling agent-modified graphene. The weight ratio of silane coupling agent with respect to graphene in the silane coupling agent-modified graphene is 2.0-7.0:1, preferably 3.0-5.5:1. USE - Aqueous heavy-duty anticorrosive coating used for infrastructure construction in oil, gas and power industries and industrial tanks used in marine and chemical industries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anticorrosive coating, which involves (a) preparing silane coupling agent-modified graphene is by (i) adding a silane coupling agent to a dispersion of graphene oxide in a weight ratio of 30-65:1, preferably 40-60:1 in a solvent at 45-70 degrees C, raising the temperature to 90-110 degrees C, preferably 95-100 degrees C, and leaving still at this temperature for 20-40 hours, preferably 24 -36 hours to obtain a mixture (m1), (ii) cooling the obtained mixture (m1) to 50-70 degrees C, adding a reducing agent and incubating for 1.5-3.5 hour to obtain a mixture (m2), and (iii) removing the solvent from mixture (m2), and adding silane coupling agent-modified graphene to the aqueous industrial resin.
