▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced conductive polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate composite alloy comprises 42-66 pts. wt. polycarbonate (PC), 20-43 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.5-3 pts. wt. toughener, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. coupling agent, 0.001-0.2 pt. wt. catalyst and 0.01-0.2 pt. wt. triphenyl phosphate (TPP). USE - Graphene-reinforced conductive polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate composite alloy for electronic carrier tape. ADVANTAGE - The composite alloy can be used in less dosage amount to provide electronic carrier tape with high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-reinforced conductive composite alloy, which involves adding graphene nanosheets and conductive filler to mixing equipment, mixing at 20-100 degrees C for 1-30 minutes to obtain composite conductive filler, adding composite conductive filler, dispersant, toughener, antioxidant, catalyst and coupling agent to polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate, melt-blending at 195-290 degrees C to obtain PC/PBT conductive masterbatch, mixing PC/PBT conductive masterbatch, polycarbonate and triphenyl phosphate, blending at 180-290 degrees C, cooling and pelletizing.
