NOVELTY - Microcrystalline foam plate comprises 20-30 pts. wt. lepidolite tailings, 2-7 pts. wt. magnesia soil, 1-3 pts. wt. boron calcium stone, 6-10 pts. wt. clay, 25-30 pts. wt. polishing slag, 3-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-10 pts. wt. bauxite, 1-3 pts. wt. zirconite, 1-5 pts. wt. apatite, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. silica, 1-4 pts. wt. industrial silicon slag, 1-5 pts. wt. limestone, 0.08-0.12 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. enhancer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. colorant and 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Used as microcrystalline foam plate comprising lepidolite tailings. ADVANTAGE - The plate: has strong mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity, low bulk density, low water absorption, better heat preservation effect and high temperature resistance; does not crack easily; can significantly improve the waste utilization rate; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing microcrystalline foam plate comprising (i) mixing the above mentioned raw materials other than foaming agen, adding water, ball milling and stirring to obtain microcrystalline foaming mixture, (ii) adding the microcrystalline foaming mixture into a melting furnace and melting to form molten glass, (iii) allowing the molten glass to flows into a water tank and quenching the water into particles having a diameter of 0-4 mm, (iv) drying the above-mentioned granular material uaing drying equipment and then pulverizing it into powder having a fineness of 50-100 mesh using a pulverizer, (v) adding the above-mentioned powders into a mixing equipment, adding foaming agent, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed powders and allowing to stand, (vi) adding the mixed powder into a mold and placing it into a crystallization and foaming furnace for crystallization and foaming heat treatment, (vii) removing and cooling naturally, (viii) removing semi-finished product in the mold, which is the microcrystalline foam plate blank and placing the microcrystalline foam plate blank area for processing and (ix) cutting the semi-finished products into engineering sheets based on engineering size and carrying out grinding and polishing treatment.
