▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a nickel-based graphene composite material comprises derusting using 3-5% diluted hydrochloric acid for 5-15 minutes, sanding and polishing to obtain a surface roughness of 0.025-0.05 mu m, degreasing using a 1:1 mixture of absolute ethanol and acetone, and water washing a copper substrate to be plated; ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, mixing with a plating solution, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain a complex plating solution; transferring the complex plating solution to a reaction kettle, adding surfactant, introducing carbon dioxide gas, and controlling carbon dioxide at 8-18 MPa and 40-80 degrees C; and carrying out phase commutation pulse electrodeposition using nickel plate as anode and the plated substrate as cathode. USE - Method for preparing of a nickel-based graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a compact structure, smooth surface. It has improved compactness hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
