▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gas-temperature sensor involves adding the vanadium sulfide (V5S8) into phenolic resin-block copolymer F127 mixed solution A, stirring to disperse uniformly to obtain mixed solution B. The mixed solution B is put in the vacuum box for degassing treatment. The mixed solution B is spin coated after degassing treatment on the glass slide, then the glass slide coated with mixed solution B is placed in a vacuum drying box for vacuum heating and drying. The carbon dioxide laser is used to the dried glass slide coated with phenolic resin F127 film area for laser induction, and vanadium oxide (VOX)/laser induced graphene (LIG) composite material is obtained. The electrode portion at two ends of the laser ablation area is adhered with electrode sheet, and the preparation of gas-temperature sensor is finished. USE - Method for preparing gas-temperature sensor used in industrial production, automobile exhaust detection, indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring, mine and human breath analysis. ADVANTAGE - The method allows to obtain gas-temperature multifunctional sensor with ultra-low detection limit (451ppt) and accurate temperature (0.2℃) sensing performance, and has wide application prospect.
