NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene far-infrared heating carpet comprises setting graphene far-infrared heating chip layer on decorative layer, arranging under heat-insulating reflecting layer provided with waterproof bottom layer, connecting waterproof electric wires to external temperature controller, and wrapping. The graphene far-infrared heating chip layer is prepared by mixing modified graphene fiber and tourmaline fiber at weight ratio of 1: 2-5 to obtain mixed fiber, mixing mixed fiber, cotton fiber and jute fiber at weight ratio of 10-15: 60-80: 30-40, melting, extruding by screw extruder, pelletizing, spinning, winding, stretching to obtain carpet fibers and uniformly planting carpet fibers on terylene non-woven fabric by needle. The modified graphene fiber is prepared by preparing graphene film on surface of metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition, plasma cleaning graphene film, grafting with hydroxyl groups, removing metal substrate by mechanical stripping and twisting. USE - Method for preparing graphene far-infrared heating carpet. ADVANTAGE - The carpet has good heating and therapeutic effect, and can adjust indoor humidity.
