NOVELTY - Induction welding assembly has an extrusion assembly for combining and welding the two sides of the aluminum strip and a high frequency induction welding machine for heating the two sides of the aluminum strip. The extrusion assembly comprises an extrusion support (421) and a pair of extrusion mold (422) set on the extrusion support for combining the two sides of the aluminum strip. A fixing component (423) is set between the extrusion mold and the extrusion support. The extrusion mold is made of graphene material. The fixing assembly includes a fixed base (4231) arranged on the extrusion support. A pressure plate (4232) is arranged above the fixed base and the baffle arranged behind the fixed base. A cavity containing the extrusion die is formed between the pressing plate and the baffle. USE - Induction welding assembly for improving welding quality. ADVANTAGE - The welding assembly: no longer uses inert gas for protection; reduces production costs; uses graphene materials to make extrusion molds, which can prevent deformation of extrusion mold; uses graphene self-lubricating function, so that the extrusion die no longer adopts a roller structure but a fixed structure, shortens the position of the induction welding coil and the welding point; can reduce the power of induction welding while improving the welding quality; and reduces energy consumption.
