NOVELTY - Preparation of functionalized graphene oxide supported antiaging agent, involves mixing a silane coupling agent, graphene oxide, and water, stirring and reacting at 100-140 degrees C for 4-8 hours, cooling the obtained intermediate to 50-70 degrees C, sequentially adding a phenol antiaging agent and an organotin catalyst, stirring and reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 6-10 hours, and centrifugally vacuum-drying. USE - Preparation of functionalized graphene oxide supported antiaging agent used for preparing vulcanized rubber (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides environmentally-friendly antiaging agent, which effectively protects rubber from aging and has the function of reinforcing agent. The method saves raw material, reduces volatilization of low-molecular antiaging agent, improves the bonding between base and interface, is environmentally-friendly, efficient and energy-saving, provides high product recovery rate.
