NOVELTY - Preparation of high heat-conductivity pressure-sensitive adhesive includes adding graphene powder and boron nitride powder into a planetary mixer or kneader, stirring to mix uniformly, adding thermally conductive carbon material, fully mixing, obtaining the composite heat-conductive filler, preparing ethyl acetate solution, adding surface treatment agent and composite heat-conductive filler, heating and boiling, reflux steam condensing ethyl acetate into solution, reacting for hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethyl acetate, drying and crushing to obtain fluffy powder. USE - Preparation of high heat-conductivity pressure-sensitive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method can form heat conductive network more efficiently, does not generate agglomeration phenomenon, and provides pressure-sensitive adhesive with relatively high heat-conductivity.
