▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Utilizing a three-dimensional graphene water-based thermally conductive anticorrosive coating comprises using a spray gun to spray the three-dimensional graphene water-based thermally conductive anticorrosive coating on the surface of the aluminum foil substrate, and then placing in a normal temperature environment for curing. The three-dimensional graphene water-based thermally conductive anticorrosive coating is composed of component I and component II. The component I is a mixture composed of fatty alcohol, auxiliary agent, three-dimensional graphene dispersion and filler. The three-dimensional 2-10 g/L graphene dispersion is composed of three-dimensional graphene, deionized water and polyvinyl alcohol. The component II is bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion, and component I and component II are mixed at a weight ratio of 100:55-62 and sprayed within 6 hours. USE - Method for utilizing a three-dimensional graphene water-based thermally conductive anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to utilize a three-dimensional graphene water-based thermally conductive anticorrosive coating, which can be used to produce high corrosion-resistant and heat-dissipating aluminum foil, the processed aluminum foil material can keep the substrate from corroding after 500h under the neutral salt spray simulated accelerated corrosion, and the thermal conductivity is above 2.2W/(m K), which realizes the cross-border application of graphene in corrosion-resistant and heat-dissipating aluminum foil.
