NOVELTY - Antibacterial coating formulation includes 60-80 pts. wt. of base material, 20-40 pts. wt. of nano silver particles, 10-30 pts. wt. of nano titanium dioxide, 25-45 pts. wt. graphene-acrylic compound emulsion, 18-28 pts. wt. modified heavy calcium titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 50-90 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Antibacterial coating formulation. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial coating formulation prevents the adhesion and breeding of microorganisms, and improves the antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antibacterial coating formulation, which involves: (A) mixing nano silver particles with nano titanium dioxide, adding a dispersant, and dispersing the mixture through an ultrasonic oscillator to obtain a nano suspension; (B) dissolving the base material in deionized water, add the nano suspension, and stirring for 15-20 minutes in a mixer to obtain an antibacterial solution; and (C) adding graphene-acrylic composite emulsion and modified heavy calcium titanium dioxide to the antibacterial solution, and continue to stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the antibacterial coating.
