▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene film via ultrahigh pressure thermal reduction method is prepared by preparing 6-30 mg/mL graphene oxide single layer aqueous solution, forming into film, drying, adding reducing agent, reducing, heating at 300-400 degrees C at rate of 0.1-5 degrees C/minute for 0.5-2 hours, cooling under 0.5-5 GPa, pumping inert gas, heating at 1500-1800 degrees C at rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute for 0.5-6 hours under 3-10 GPa. The graphene film has AB structure content of more than 90%. USE - Method for preparing graphene film via ultrahigh pressure thermal reduction method. ADVANTAGE - The product has high orientation, compact and flexible structure, little defect, and high electric and thermal conductivity.
