NOVELTY - Graphene laminate (100) comprises a substrate (102) having an insulating surface, an intermediate layer (104) located on and in contact with the substrate, and a graphene film located on the intermediate layer and in contact with the intermediate layer, where the intermediate layer is nano-graphene containing an impurity functioning as a hole killer. The graphene film has a structure in which one, two, or three layers of monolayer graphene are laminated. The conductivity of the intermediate layer is lower than the conductivity of the graphene film. The intermediate layer has a thickness of 0.3-300 nm or less. The graphene film has a thickness of 0.3-1 nm. The ratio of the peak intensity of the D band to the peak intensity of the G band in Raman spectrum is 0.16-2.10. The ratio of the peak intensity of the 2D band to the peak intensity of the G band in the Raman spectrum is 0.30-2.51. USE - As graphene laminate.
