DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermal insulating coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 22-26 pts. wt. butyronitrile rubber 2707, 18-21 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. N,N'-xylyl-phenylene diamine as antiaging agent 4010NA, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-13 pts. wt. talcum powder, 8-11 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. hollow microsphere, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-560, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. coalescing aids, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1.6-2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. preservative, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. mildew preventive agent and 58-62 pts. wt. solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. sodium nitrite at a concentration of 1.2-1.5 mmole/l and 15-18 pts. wt. n-hexyl alcohol into a first reaction vessel, stirring the reaction vessel at a stirring speed of 110-115 revolutions per minute for 0.6-1 hour, adding 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. sulfuric acid solution, heating the first reaction vessel at 66-70 degrees C under stirring speed of 90-110 revolutions per minute for 1.2-1.8 hours, cooling to 25-28 degrees C, then drying the obtained material (A), centrifugally separating the dried material at a speed of 3600-3800 revolutions per minute, adding the material A, 4-7 pts. wt. acetone, 6-9 pts. wt. vitamin C, and 3-5 pts. wt. nitroaniline into a second reaction container, standing the reaction mixture for 16-18 hours, ultrasonically dispersing the reaction mixture at frequency of 36-40 KHZ and ultrasonic dispersion power of 950-1100 W for 1-3 hours, filtering and drying a modified graphene.
