▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An amino acid detecting method involves dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water, centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, synthesizing graphene oxide/nano-gold complex, establishing standard concentration-dependent curve by taking glutamic acid, aspartic acid and cysteine amino acids, mixing with graphene oxide dispersion. The mixture is added to spectrometer cuvette and detected for amino acid standard solution visible absorbance, measured for each concentration as detection calibration curve, followed by detecting amino acids by using graphene oxide/gold nanoparticles. USE - Method for detecting amino acid. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting amino acid with high success rate and good detection stability, in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An amino acid detecting method involves dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water, placing in ice bath for 30 minutes, centrifuging at a speed of 3000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, synthesizing graphene oxide/nano-gold complex, establishing standard concentration-dependent curve by taking glutamic acid, aspartic acid and cysteine three amino acids, mixing with metal composite colloidal solution and graphene oxide dispersion and shaking at a speed of 2800 rpm to obtain a mixture. The mixture is added to spectrometer cuvette, set with integration time of 100 ms and scanning range of 400-800 nm, detected for amino acid standard sample solution visible absorbance, measured for each concentration as detection calibration curve, followed by detecting amino acids by using graphene oxide/gold nanoparticles.
