NOVELTY - Graphene plastic composite thermal conductive material comprises 30-40 wt.% plastic material, 8-12 wt.% graphene, 40-46 wt.% ceramic powder, 2-6 wt.% flame retardant, 3-7 wt.% fiber material and 0.5-3.5 wt.% auxiliary agent. USE - The graphene plastic composite thermal conductive material useful in graphene-plastic composite thermal conductive material product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene plastic composite thermal conductive material: forming a crystalline core between the melt molecules of the high molecular polymer, improving the crystalline quality of the melt by doping and composite action of the metal oxide; increases the interlayer spacing between the graphene sheet layer or graphene monomer to forming a stable and uniform three-dimensional heat conducting network which improves the heat conducting performance of the material and ensures the mechanical performance of the product; and optimizes the production cost.
