NOVELTY - Preparing MXene/graphene composite nano sheet, comprises mixing MAX and hydrofluoric acid solution, etching to obtain MXene; mixing the MXene and tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide solution, performing electrostatic adsorption and ultrasonic treatment, obtaining stripped MXene nano-sheet dispersion liquid; mixing the exfoliated MXene nano-sheet dispersion and graphene oxide suspension; performing self-assembly reaction to obtain the MXene nano sheet/graphene oxide nano sheet; and using the MXene nano sheet/graphene oxide nano sheet for reduction reaction under the protection atmosphere to obtain the MXene/graphene composite nano sheet. USE - The composite nanosheet or electrode pole piece is useful in super-capacitor, lithium ion battery or electro-catalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite nanosheet: does not re-stack, has excellent lithium storage performance; and can maintain the unique 2D-structure of MXene and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) a MXene/graphene composite nanosheet, comprising a heterogeneous layered structure, comprising mutually laminated stripping MXene nano-sheet layer and graphene layer; and (2) an electrode pole piece comprising a conductive substrate and a conductive layer coated on the surface of the conductive substrate, and the conductive layer includes the MXene/graphene composite nanosheet according to any one of claims 7 to 8, conductive carbon black and polyvinylidene fluoride.
