NOVELTY - Cathode slurry comprises 40-50 wt.% cathode material, 0.5-2.5 wt.% conductive agent, 0.5-2 wt.% thickening agent, 0.5-2.5 wt.% binding agent, 30-50 wt.% deionized water, 5-16 wt.% oily solvent and 0.5-1 wt.% surfactant. USE - Used as cathode slurry. ADVANTAGE - The cathode slurry improves the hydrophobicity of cathode material, improves the dispersion effect of cathode material in deionized water, and has structural characteristics of amphiphilic molecules of surfactant. The method adopts a wet homogenization method, greatly reduces the difficulty and is good for large-scale production.
