▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A vulcanizable rubber composition comprises 100 phr elastomer, 100 phr diene-based elastomer, 20-80 phr carbon black, 0-40 phr silica, 1-10 phr surface-functionalized carbon allotrope chosen from carbon nanotubes, graphene, and fullerenes, and 50-300 pts. wt. sulfur-containing organosilane per 100 pts. wt. of surface-functionalized carbon allotrope. USE - Vulcanizable rubber composition used for forming tread of tire e.g. pneumatic tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vulcanizable rubber composition has improved the interaction of the filler with the rubber, improved dispersion property, decreased filler-filler networking, increased polymer-filler networking, reduced hysteresis, improved abrasion resistance and tear property for the compound thereby breaking traditional tire tradeoffs such as rolling resistance/tread wear, and improved tire reinforcement property.
