NOVELTY - The method for preparing flexible broadband-absorbing ultra-material film involves dissolving polyvinyl butyral powder in anhydrous ethanol, heating in water bath at 70-80°C for 15-20 minutes to obtain polyvinyl butyral binder, mixing graphene and carbonyl iron powder, adding absolute ethanol, ball milling 400-500 rpm for 22-24 hours, drying to obtain composite absorbent, pouring absorbent into polyvinyl butyral binder, adding plasticizer dibutyl phthalate and dispersant tributyl phosphate, dispersing through vacuum planetary mixer for 30-40 minutes, vacuum defoaming to obtain slurry, spraying release agent on glass plate, placing in drying oven at 160-170°C, heating for 15-20 minutes, cooling to room temperature, casting slurry on glass substrate with scraper, drying to obtain film with thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm, overlaying film with multiple layers so that thickness reaches 1-1.5 mm, and using laser engraving machine to engrave periodic units on surface of film. USE - Method for preparing flexible broadband-absorbing ultra-material film used for electromagnetic absorption application and wireless communication technology. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, can be produced in large scale, and is easy to deform and process. The flexible broadband absorption ultra-material film has good stability, and folded according to the design requirement, the effective absorption bandwidth of the film is 14.039-26.985 GHz, and the maximum reflection loss can reach -21.127 dB.
