NOVELTY - The optoelectronic device (1) comprises a hybrid photosensor (3) that includes graphene (31) and a light-absorbing material (33). An optical frequency modulator (5) is configured to modulate the frequency of light incident on the hybrid photosensor to a desired operating frequency, thus implementing a faster response of the hybrid photosensor. The optical frequency modulator is provided with an LCD liquid crystal device, which is connected to a driving circuit. The driving circuit is configured to provide a pulsed voltage to modulate the incident light at the desired operating frequency. USE - Graphene-based hybrid optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The optoelectronic device minimizes the response time, thus achieving a faster detector with high resolution while maintaining high sensitivity.
