▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves constructing an On-Off-shaped nucleic acid adaptive body photo-electrochemical sensor. Mercury ion with different concentrations is detected by the On-Off-shaped nucleic acid adaptive body photo-electrochemical sensor. A tetra-carboxylic acid-graphene oxide hetero-junction of the On-Off-shaped nucleic acid adaptive body photo-electrochemical sensor is obtained by a quercetin copper-sensitized photoelectric chemical sensor based on modified electrode activation process. USE - Nucleic acid adaptive body photo-electrochemical mercury ion detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing photoelectric signal double-amplifying function and improving sensitivity, economical benefits and product quality in a convenient manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a nucleic acid adaptive body photo-electrochemical mercury ion detecting method.
