NOVELTY - Preparation of acid-resistant graphene waterborne epoxy floor paint comprises preparing uniformly dispersed graphene aqueous epoxy curing agent by adding 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene to 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, high-speed dispersing, uniformly dispersing in ultrasonic cleaner with 50-100 KHz, and partially agglomerating or overlapping graphene dispersed into single layer of graphene in ultrasonic cleaner; and preparing acid-resistant waterborne epoxy floor paint containing graphene by adding 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent and uniformly dispersed graphene aqueous epoxy curing agent to 40-60 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy resin, and high-speed stirring. The dispersant is KYC-913 (RTM: nanodispersant), KYC-9366 (RTM: nanodispersant), BYK-P104 (RTM: solvent-borne dispersant), BYK-P104S (RTM: dispersant), or SAN 5040 (RTM: dispersant). USE - Method for preparing acid-resistant graphene waterborne epoxy floor paint used for factory, chemical industry factory, factory workshop, park, office and ground floor. ADVANTAGE - The paint improves acid resistance of aqueous epoxy resin, and has good film forming performance and more than 3H hardness.
