NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composition matrix comprises mixing graphene and a polymer resin, extruding the mixture, filtering by discharging foreign substances contained in the extruded mixture to the outside, and molding the mixture into pellets. The mixing of graphene and polymer resin may include preparing a liquid graphene oxide by mixing the graphene oxide with a liquid additive, mixing polymer resin into the liquid graphene oxide, and drying the mixture to a moisture content of less than 15 wt.%. The polymer resin comprises 0.001-5 pts. wt. mixed graphene. The extrusion is performed using an extruder using a screw. The filtering is performed using a filter that is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the screw and has a fine passage through which foreign substances pass, where foreign material includes a material consisting of gas, water vapor, and/or low molecular weight chemicals, and graphene and polymer resin in matrix are not separated from each other at the interface. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composition matrix. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite matrix has excellent mechanical properties and s economical; has excellent antibacterial, bactericidal, antistatic property, deodorizing rate for harmful gas, far-infrared emission, ultraviolet blocking rate, tensile strength and elongation characteristics.
