NOVELTY - High heat conductivity magnetic shielding and high strength waterproof sealant comprises 25-35 pts. wt. alumina, 5-15 pts. wt. silicon carbide and/or 5-35 pts. wt. aluminum nitride; 1-8 pts. wt. flake nickel powder, 3-15 pts. wt. hydroxy ferrous powder, 2-40 pts. wt. sendust, and/or 10-38 pts. wt. iron nickel powder; 5-40 pts. wt. graphene, 1-9 pts. wt. graphite powder, and/or 3-18 pts. wt. graphite rubber powder; and 2-7 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 1-9 pts. wt. polyurethane. USE - The sealant is useful for electronic sealing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealant: has high strength, waterproof, good thermal conductivity effect, good insulation and magnetic shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat conductivity magnetic shielding and high strength waterproof sealant comprising (1) respectively crushing 25-35 pts. wt. alumina, 5-15 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 5-35 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 1-8 pts. wt. flake nickel powder, 3-15 pts. wt. hydroxy ferrous powder, 2-40 pts. wt. sendust, 10-38 pts. wt. iron-nickel powder, 5-40 pts. wt. graphene, 1-9 pts. wt. graphite powder, 3-18 pts. wt. graphite rubber powder, and 2-7 pts. wt. epoxy resin with grinder, passing through 50 mesh sieve; (2) selecting alumina, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride, flake nickel powder, hydroxy ferrous powder, sendust, iron nickel powder, graphene, graphite powder, graphite powder and epoxy resin, placing in mixer, mixing for 20-60 minutes, after evenly mixing the materials, using a small watering pot to slowly spray polyurethane into the material while stirring to increase the humidity of the material, to prepare soft material A, adding amount of wetting agent so that the material can be kneaded by hand, dispersing by pressing with your finger, separating the prepared soft material-A and storing it; and (3) when it is necessary to use epoxy resin glue, adding the separated and stored soft material-A to 25 degrees C warm water, according to the weight ratio of soft material-A to warm water is 2-5: 1, mixing and stirring in the container for 3-8 minutes until soft material A and water are mixed well to obtain epoxy resin sealant.
