NOVELTY - Graphene composite antistatic polypropylene plastic is prepared by melt blending and extruding, and comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polypropylene graft copolymer, 1-5 pts. wt. glycerin ethylene bis-stearamide and 0.2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Graphene composite antistatic polypropylene plastic. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite antistatic polypropylene plastic has significantly improved antistatic effect of polypropylene while having improved mechanical properties due to synergistic action of graphene, polypropylene graft copolymer and glycerol ethylene bis stearamide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene composite antistatic polypropylene plastic, which involves weighing a certain amount of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and polyacrylamide in a mass ratio of 10:1; extruding into a twin-screw extruder after being thoroughly mixed by a high-mixer to obtain a polypropylene graft copolymer, drying and storing the obtained product; sufficiently drying obtained polypropylene graft copolymer, polypropylene, graphene, glycerin ethylene bis stearamide and silane coupling agent to remove water, thorougly mixing polypropylene graft copolymer, polypropylene, graphene, glycerin ethylene bis stearamide and silane coupling agent by a high mixer; and adding the obtained product to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation after mixing to obtain the desired product.
