▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous sodium-ion hybrid capacitor comprises positive electrode comprising graphene oxide containing sodium-vanadium oxide-fluoro phosphate, negative electrode comprising zeolite template carbon composition, and electrolyte composed of water and sodium salt. The graphene oxide containing sodium-vanadium oxide-fluoro phosphate composite material is prepared from raw materials including a vanadium source, a fluorine source, a sodium source, a phosphorus source and graphene oxide by a solvothermal method. The zeolite template carbon is obtained by depositing a carbon source on zeolite molecular sieve template, carbonizing and removing the template. The positive electrode has also been activated under the voltage range of 0-1.0 V (vs saturated calomel electrode (SCE)), and the working voltage range of the positive electrode is 0-1.0 V (vs .SCE). The negative electrode has also been activated to stimulate sodium ion storage potential, under the voltage range of -1.0-1.5 V (vs .SCE). USE - Aqueous sodium-ion hybrid capacitor used as energy storage device for wear-resistance electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous sodium-ion hybrid capacitor has excellent cycle performance and higher energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous sodium-ion hybrid capacitor.
