NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide moisture generating device by using electric field polarization comprises dispersing graphene oxide nanoparticles fully and uniformly in a hydrophilic solvent by stirring and ultrasonic vibration to form a stable 1-20 mg/ml suspension, uniformly coating the suspension on a target substrate, where the coating thickness is 10-10 m, evaporating the suspension water after the water is evaporated, binding the graphene oxide nano sheet in the inner portion to each other under the action of surface tension, preparing a patterned electrode on the surface of the multi-layer film, placing the multi layer film in a certain humidity environment, applying an electric field with a certain intensity between the two parallel electrodes for electrifying and polarizing, drying the film in the dry environment, short-connecting the positive and negative electrodes to release the stored charge, and finishing the preparation of the moisture producing device. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide moisture generating device by using electric field polarization, which is useful in self-powered sensing field and flexible wearable device field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide moisture generating device that is simple, cost-effective, and convenient to use; solving the problem of integrated integration of flexible device.
