NOVELTY - Doping modified porous carbon material comprises using a transition metal chalcogenide supported by reduced graphene oxide and doping with a porous carbon material to modify surface doping of the porous carbon material. USE - The material is useful for porous carbon electrode, anode coating layer, barrier layer or separator for producing a battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves the electrochemical performance of a lithium sulfur battery.
