NOVELTY - Preparing porous double-network nano conductive hydrogel nerve scaffold involves modifying the active protein group of the natural high molecular silk fibroin side chain, modifying the active functional group on the surface of the graphite alkene of the nanometre conductive material, mixing the silk fibroin solution modified by active protein group with the graphene solution modified by active functional group, making the modified group of the two to perform chemical reaction to generate covalent cross-linking, so that the silk fibroin molecule is modified with graphene, mixing the silk fibroin graphene mixed solution and polyethylene glycol diacrylate solution, performing semi-cross-linking to generate semi-gel-shaped product and standing the semi-gel product at room temperature state to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing porous double-network nano conductive hydrogel nerve scaffold used for nerve repair. ADVANTAGE - The method provides guide effect for tissue and cell growth by biological macromolecule composition, which is good for accelerating the repair of nerve damage, has no toxicity, and has good tissue compatibility.
