NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises adding graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, stirring; adding potassium permanganate, stirring; heating; adding deionized water, continuously insulating; adding hydrogen peroxide to remove potassium permanganate, suction filtering, washing solids, drying to obtain solid graphite oxide; ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in water suspension; adding reducing agent, heating under protective gas to obtain graphene; cooling; and annealing. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene can be uniformly dispersed in water, acidic solution, alkaline solution or organic solvent without any agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene comprises adding graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, stirring at 4-6 degrees C for 40-60 minutes; adding potassium permanganate, stirring at 4-6 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours; heating to 100-120 degrees C for 3-4 hours; adding deionized water, continuously insulating at 100-120 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours; adding hydrogen peroxide to remove potassium permanganate, suction filtering, washing solids, drying to obtain solid graphite oxide; ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in water suspension; adding reducing agent, heating to 800-1200 degrees C for 2-3 hours under protective gas to obtain graphene; transferring to an environment where the temperature is - 150 degrees C to - 40 degrees C for 2-3 hours; and annealing at 300-350 degrees C for 5-8 hours.
