▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped oriented graphene, comprises (i) adding aqueous ammonia into graphene oxide solution, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction, and oxidizing graphene oxide to graphene, and simultaneously doping aqueous ammonia into graphene; and (ii) subjecting the reaction product to directional vacuum treatment, vaporizing water under vacuum state to carry out oriented extraction process, and subjecting the nitrogen-doped graphene to orientation process, and vacuumizing water under impact force, and carrying out directional arrangement, to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped oriented graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple, and easy operation procedure, and low device investment; is environmental friendly; utilizes less amount of raw materials; and produces product with good stability, large surface area, and high utilization rate.
