▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-quality graphene and its thermally conductive epoxy resin composite material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide by improved Hummers method, (ii) peeling off graphene oxide powder by thermal expansion of a muffle furnace to obtain reduced graphene oxide layers, (iii) placing reduced graphene oxide powder in high-temperature graphitization furnace for thermal repair, and (iv) mixing epoxy monomer, curing agent, and curing accelerator, adding graphene powder, mixing by planetary defoamer, and solidifying in one step to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-quality graphene and its thermally conductive epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and realizes high efficiency, large yield and macro preparation.
