▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - UV light curing texture paint comprises aminographene grafted epoxy acrylate prepared by (1) preparing amino graphene by dispersing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide in 100 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 5-10 pts. wt. tetraethylene pentamine, mixing, adding 3-5 pts. wt. N-β-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, stirring at 30-80℃ water bath for 0.5-3 hours, filtering and drying to obtain amino graphene, (2) preparing aminographene grafted epoxy acrylate by dispersing 10-15 pts. wt. amino graphene in 20-30 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran solvent, adding 30-40 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, after mixing evenly, adding 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. catalyst, heating to 50-60℃, adding 2-6 pts. wt. ethylenediamine dropwise and keep stirring, carrying out a ring-opening grafting reaction for 3-6 hours, warming up to 85-100℃, continue to stir for 1-2 hours, and removing the tetrahydrofuran solvent by volatilization to obtain aminographene grafted epoxy acrylate. USE - The UV light curing texture paint is used for 3D printing (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use method of UV light-cured texture paint in 3D printing comprising evenly rolling UV light-cured texture paint on the flat plate, roller coating amount is 80-150 g/m2, using the UV flatbed printer to print the surface texture, and control the depth of the surface texture.
