NOVELTY - Manufacture of electroconductive film involves providing a flexible substrate, forming graphene oxide on a surface of the flexible substrate, performing ultraviolet irradiation treatment and reducing graphene oxide. USE - Manufacture of electroconductive film used for optoelectronic device e.g. liquid crystal display, touchscreen, LED and thin-film solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides electroconductive film having excellent usability, by an environmentally-friendly process.
