NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength nitrile rubber doped with graphene strength involves preparing graphene by thermal peeling, using magnesium oxide and graphite high energy ball milling, further stripping graphite, and the graphite coated magnesium oxide, reducing the agglomeration effect of graphite in the rubber by magnesium oxide using halogenation modification way, improving the surface hardness of the rubber material, adding graphene and nano-silicate fiber to the rubber in order to improve the tensile strength of rubber, and adding magnesium oxide to rubber to increase the friction resistance of the material. USE - Method for preparing high-strength nitrile rubber doped with graphene strength. ADVANTAGE - The method enables high-energy ball milling to obtain better disperse graphite into graphene. The design has high-strength nitrile rubber preparation method and does not increase obvious steps relative to traditional technology.
