NOVELTY - Graphene carbon nanotube heat-conducting slurry comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 60-80 pts. wt. N-methyl pyrrolidone, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin and 1-2 pts. wt. n-butyl alcohol. USE - Graphene carbon nanotube heat-conducting slurry used in heat conducting material ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the working amount of the worker, improves the working efficiency of the working staff, then improves the graphene production efficiency of carbon nano-tube heat conducting slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene carbon nanotube heat-conducting slurry, which involves (i) adding adhesive, N-methyl pyrrolidone, n-butyl alcohol, epoxy resin, an anti-settling agent and graphene into a tank body, driving a main shaft to rotate by a motor, driving a stirring paddle to rotate, uniformly stirring the solution, driving a cross-beam to rotate by the main shaft when the solution is discharged, driving a scraping plate to slide along the inner wall of the tank body, scraping the solution on the inner wall of the tank body and discharging to prepare a mixed solution; (ii) starting an ultrasonic generator, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation on the mixed solution to obtain uniformly mixed and dispersed liquid; (iii) gradually layering graphene, increasing gaps of the graphite layers gradually, entering carbon nano tubes into gaps of the graphite layers along with the liquid, and stripping graphite into graphene in a liquid system; and (iv) filtering to remove the N-methyl pyrrolidone to obtain graphene carbon nanotube heat conduction slurry.
