▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Edge of a super-sliding sheet (1) is warped along the opposite direction of the super-sliding surface. A thin film layer is deposited on the super-sliding sheet. The film layer exhibits a state of tensile stress in the warping direction, and is composed of single-layer thin film or multi-layer thin film. The material of the thin layer is metal, metal oxide, oxide dielectric film, nitride dielectic film, various ceramic materials or high molecular polymer material. The super-sliding sheet is made of graphite, highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG), graphene, molybdenum disulfide, bismuth or mica as substrate. USE - The structure super-sliding device is useful in manufacturing industry, energy, environment and health industry. ADVANTAGE - The structure super-sliding device reduces edge friction force caused by interface chemical bond between the edge of the graphite sheet and the substrate can be eliminated.
