▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The super-surface has a first medium substrate (1) whose upper surface is printed with a square graphene patch (11). A lower surface of a second medium substrate (2) is printed on a square vanadium dioxide shaped patch (21) when the square graphene patches and a group of square annular metal patches (31) are set in an insulating state. A Fermi level of the square graphene patch is adjusted to realize a dual-frequency line-line polarization conversion function and a wide-line polarized conversion function between switching. The polarization conversion super-surface is reconstructed into a wave-absorbing super-surface when the state of a square-vanadium dioxide annular patch (12) and the square-vanadium dioxide shaped patch are changed from an insulation state to a metal state. The square graphene patch and multiple square-vanadium dioxide patches are resonated together to generate a wave absorption effect. USE - Broadband and multi-frequency switchable wave-absorbing and polarization conversion reconfigurable super-surface used in terahertz communication field. ADVANTAGE - The super-surface realizes broadband and multi-frequency switching of working bandwidth and reconstruction of wave-absorbing and polarization conversion. The unit can realize double-frequency line-line polarization conversion function and wide line line-polarization conversion function between switching when a state of the square vanadium dioxide annular patch and the square graphene patch and a group of square ring-shaped metal patch of diagonal gap resonance is changed from insulating state to metal state.
