NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene composite nonwoven fabric comprises a nonwoven fabric substrate, a slurry in a nonwoven fabric substrate, or a slurry layer on a surface of a nonwoven fabric substrate, where the slurry comprises an oxidized graphene or an oxidized graphene blend, a binder, and a solvent. The graphene oxide blend comprises graphene oxide, a polymer, and an inorganic material selected from the group consisting of a perfluorosulfonic acid resin, polyimide, polyether amide, polyethylene oxide, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl chloride, and poly-phenylene isophthalamide resin. USE - Oxidized graphene composite nonwoven fabric used as a separator in the preparation of a lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Oxidized graphene composite nonwoven fabric comprises a nonwoven fabric substrate, a slurry in a nonwoven fabric substrate, or a slurry layer on a surface of a nonwoven fabric substrate, where the slurry comprises an oxidized graphene or an oxidized graphene blend, a binder, and a solvent. The graphene oxide blend comprises graphene oxide, a polymer, and an inorganic material selected from the group consisting of a perfluorosulfonic acid resin, polyimide, polyether amide, polyethylene oxide, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl chloride, poly-phenylene isophthalamide resin, and polyethylene terephthalate. The inorganic material is selected from silica or alumina. The mass ratio of graphene oxide or graphene oxide blend to the nonwoven fabric substrate is 1:(0.1-10), and ratio of graphene oxide or graphite oxide (19-4):1. The mass ratio of the solvent to the total mass of the binder and the graphene or oxidized graphene blend is (199-4), and the mass ratio of the solvent to the total mass of the binder and oxidized graphene blend is (199-4):1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing oxidized graphene composite nonwoven fabric, which involves mixing the oxidized graphene or oxidized graphene blend, binder, and solvent to obtain the slurry, pouring the slurry into the non-woven fabric substrate or coating on the surface of the non-woven fabric substrate, and drying to obtain an oxidized graphene composite non-woven fabric.
