NOVELTY - The device has a slide-way provided with an inner side of a drilling table (22). An upper left side of the drilling table is fixedly connected to an inner wall of a housing (10) through a connecting rod (24). A group of a drilling knives (17) are directly provided on the drilling table. A top end of the hole cutter is provided with a moving device (16). A group of rotating wheels (26) are provided at a position of the drilling table. A motor is fixed on an inner wall of the casing. Multiple sets of hooks (27) are fixedly installed on an outer surface of the rotating wheel. A right end of a conveyor belt (13) is provided with the motor. The right end of the conveyor belt is downwardly connected with a set of conveying plates (14). A right end of the feed plate is connected to an inner bottom of a discharge port (12). USE - Graphene integrated circuit plate grinding and drilling device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high working efficiency, and integrates continuous operation of grinding and drilling, automatic transfer and output and conducive to promotion and use.
