NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly flame-retardant foam material comprises polyethylene, phenol-formaldehyde resin, melamine polyphosphate, graphene, ammonium bicarbonate, volcanic debris, diisopropyl azodicarboxylate, neopentyl glycol, zinc oxalate, ammonium fluoroborate, basic magnesium carbonate, waste bone ceramic powder, plant straw powder, aluminum hypophosphite, sodium antimonate, elluoite nano-tubes and waste foamed concrete. USE - Used as environmentally-friendly flame-retardant foam material. ADVANTAGE - The foam material can prevent fuming; does not leak and produce toxic gases; comprising the raw materials enhances the overall performance of the foam material; and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally-friendly flame-retardant foam material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. polyethylene, 7-9 pts. wt. phenol-formaldehyde resin, 6-8 pts. wt. melamine polyphosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. volcanic debris, 1-2 pts. wt. diisopropyl azodicarboxylate, 1-2 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxalate, 3-5 pts. wt. ammonium fluoroborate, 1-3 pts. wt. basic magnesium carbonate, 2-4 part waste bone ceramic powder, 3-5 pts. wt. plant straw powder, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum hypophosphite, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium antimonate, 2-4 pts. wt. elluoite nano-tubes and 4-6 pts. wt. waste foamed concrete. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing foam material, comprising (i) taking all the above mentioned raw materials; (ii) adding volcanic debris with water, and grinding to obtain slurry, adding diisopropyl azodicarboxylateand neopentyl glycol, stirring while mixing uniformly by placing into an ultrasonic processing trough, vibrating for 8-12 hours and drying for 2-4 hours, to obtain modified volcanic debris; (iii) mixing all the above mentioned raw materials with the step (ii) product in an agitating mixer, then adding stirred material into an internal mixer and smelting for 8-10 minutes at 80-100 degrees C; (iv) mixing the step (iii) material, milling in a milling machine at 75-85 degrees C and packaging thin film for 140-160 seconds; and (v) placing the step (iv) product into an oil plastic foam at 175-185 degrees C, plasticizing and foaming for 25-35 minutes.
